Most of what you see online about driving or towing with an electric car is misleading at best. One of the more common ones is that you must disconnect every time you charge. Most of the time there is a way without disconnecting. Some of these methods block a few chargers, but as long as there is open space left, that is simply not an issue. I have never prevented someone else from charging. The great part of touring with a trailer is while you’re charging you can have lunch, dinner etc. I’ve even had a shower while the car was charging. The higher speed chargers are almost too fast sometimes; we are not done what we planned to do during the stop. In the end, charging time isn’t lost time.
I find most Tesla owners are very helpful. I have only had to move twice because enough cars arrived to fill the empty spots. Both times I only had about 5 minutes left to charge. One talked to me about towing the Airstream for 10 minutes and the other didn’t mind waiting.

Along the end of an island: Just drive by either end of the island and plug in. This of course blocks no chargers.
-
Pull up behind an island; you block no chargers as the other cars charge on the opposite side.
-
Many locations have pull-in spots which again you block no other chargers.
-
Pull in from the end; sometimes a row of chargers has nothing past the end so you can pull in and only block 2 or 3.
-
Scooping in; sometimes you can only go into the centre of a row, or the chargers are in the corner of the parking area, so you curl in making a sharp turn so you block the fewest number of spots.

Pull Throughs; starting to appear are pull through locations.
